How are payments received?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Only New York and New Jersey residents will be charged sales tax.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends
and holidays. If you have questions regarding your order please email us at
sales@hudsonthreads.com.

What is your return policy?

Hudson Threads will gladly accept merchandise returns, unused, unwashed, in
original condition, tags must be attached and packaging, (excluding gift
packaging) for a full refund within 14 days of the date you receive the order.

Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient. Please allow

for transit time when returning items as all items must be received within 14 days
after the order was delivered.
Upon receipt of the goods, Hudson Threads reserves the right to deny credit if
the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.


We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.


In order to process the return we must have the invoice and or packing slip.

What are your shipping options and rates?

All items will be shipped via UPS. We offer a $9.95 flat rate standard shipping on
all domestic orders (please note that International rates will apply to Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Please enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150.00
(pretax) on all domestic order excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
The overnight shipping rate on domestic orders is $45.00. Overnight shipping is
not available on International orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico. Orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee overnight
shipping. This service is not offered on weekends and holidays.
The 2-Day shipping rate on domestic orders is $25.00. 2-Day shipping is not
available on International orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and
Puerto Rico. Shipping to Canada and Mexico will be shipped via UPS
ground at a flat rate of
$25.00. Shipping to International destinations including
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
will be shipped Via UPS at a flat rate of $40.00.
Your shipment may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are imposed
once your package reaches your
country. You are responsible for paying additional
charges for customs
clearance. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped outside
of the United
States will pass to the customer upon delivery to UPS.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, should you choose the gift wrap option (located in the payment area of the
shopping bag) your gifts will be wrapped in a custom Hudson Threads pillow box
with handle and coordinating tissue paper. Gift wrapping is $6.95 per item.
